ICF New Jersey prides itself on being and becoming even more Member focused.
We have so many things identified in the ICF New Jersey three-year Strategic Plan, and we can’t wait to share with everyone.
Our foundation principles or Pillars are: Develop; Connect; Influence and Lead. Our energizer is around Member Engagement.
We have identified over 25 different opportunities within each committee that will help us bring the Plan into reality. Looking for ways you can become more involved? Reach out to anyone on the board or to me, your ICF New Jersey Membership Director.
What you can do right now: Top 10 Engagement Activities
On the immediate action side, I would highly recommend doing several things:
- Update your Coaching Profile.
- Connect to ICF New Jersey on social media.
- Submit to ICF New Jersey Communications a piece on you to get highlighted in our newsletter ([email protected]).
- Write a blog and submit that to our communications team for posting and then promoting on our social media feeds.
- Come to a community event – the calendar has the consistent days and times each month they meet.
- Calendar the community group meetings for 2022.
- When planning for 2022 – ask yourself, how can ICF New Jersey be an integral part of your 2022 success? What are your objectives for your coaching, your coaching business?
- If you are not currently credentialed, set a date by which you want to become and then contact me. The Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) is changing in 2022.
- If you are credentialed, think about joining the Ignite initiative (see the website for more information).
- Explore the possibilities – reach out to any Board member and find out more, or attend one of our Member Engagement Calls this month.
So from this list of 10 things to do right now to engage, can you see the possibilities to increase your engagement and the benefit to you? This is just the beginning.
