Fishbowl Coaching
Dive into Fishbowl Coaching to practice and refine our coaching skills with our fellow ICF coaches in a supportive environment. We will use the laser-focused coaching method to work in triads and practice coaching for peer learning. Participants choose their topics. Feedback exchange in small and large groups will enhance our coaching skills.

12:00 -12:10 pm - Meet and greet, 5-minute overview of laser coaching
12:10-12:50 pm – Triads (Coach/Client/Observer) for 30 minutes of coaching and feedback
12:50-1:00 pm - Wrap up in larger group by Moderator
