Joella Newman, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, ACC, has a passion for helping people to achieve their goals and desires through transformational and performance coaching. Joella believes everyone has the potential to unlock the greatness within themselves by navigating and overcoming obstacles and challenges in order to find a path to success.
Joella has served in the Human Resources field for most of her career and is currently leading the Employee Relations function for a global pharmaceutical company. The ~20 years in Human Resources have afforded Joella the opportunity to coach high potential employees as an internal global coach.
Joella has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bloomfield College of Montclair State University and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. She is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has obtained HR certification through SHRM and HRCI.
