About the Presenters:

Joachim Döninghaus is an executive coach and organizational development consultant with over 30 years of international experience. He holds a diploma in Educational Science and Psychology from the University of Bielefeld and additional certifications in psychodrama, systemic counselling, logotherapy and NLP. After working at Metaplan GmbH, he founded Döninhaus Walker & Associates and later DNA Management Consulting, and co-founded DNAnalytics, which develops AI-supported coaching platforms. Joachim is an ICF Entrepreneur in Residence and a member of the ICF AI Coaching Coalition. He serves in the executive coach pools of organisations such as Airbus Leadership University and Siemens Learning Campus, and has long-standing experience as lead coach in international leadership development programmes.

Annika Walter is a PhD researcher at the Chair for Smart Services at Georg-August University of Göttingen. Her work focuses on human AI collaboration in information systems. She holds an MSc in Neurosciences from the University of Bonn and has conducted research in cognitive and clinical neuroscience at Yale Medical School and the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases. She has taught at several universities on topics such as neuroscience and AI ethics. As a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor and former leadership consultant and trainer, she is experienced in translating complex scientific insights into practical tools for leaders and coaches.
