A Series for Startups and Seasoned Pros

My WHO Thoughts Assessment: Help your clients find their best self
Complimentary Session

Presenter: Dana Lynn Bernstein, MA, MCC
LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/danabernstein/

Facilitator:
Carmela O’Flaherty, PCC

This interactive workshop will train coaches to use the free WHO Thoughts Assessment to help clients understand the internal drivers behind stress, indecision, and emotional reactivity. By identifying a client’s WHO—their Values, Pillars, Ideal Emotion, and Trigger that stops the WHO—you can coach with greater alignment, depth, and impact.

Participants will experience the assessment firsthand and learn how to guide clients in resolving the tension between what their head says and what their heart knows. When clients increase awareness of their internal patterns, they regulate emotions more effectively, reduce reactivity, and make intentional choices aligned with their best self.

Grounded in It’s the Thought That Counts: Mastering the Art of You vs. You, this workshop provides a practical, values-based framework coaches can immediately integrate into client conversations.

New to coaching? This workshop offers a clear, ethical structure for guiding meaningful conversations—helping you build confidence, ask powerful questions, and support clients without needing to “fix” or advise.
