Most coaches use AI the way early motorists used the first cars: as a horseless carriage, the new thing driven like the old one. Text in, text out, a faster version of typing. The technology has moved on. AI can now do real work around your practice.

This presentation shows you what makes that possible. You'll watch AI, grounded in one coach's actual thinking and methodology, build the business development around her coaching: positioning, client-attracting content, and the follow-up that never slips. You'll see where the ethical lines sit (confidentiality, what you tell clients, and the conversation that never goes to AI), and you'll leave with a 30-minute first move you can make the same day. The final twenty minutes are a live clinic: bring your real business development questions, and we'll work on them together.

• What changes when AI stops being a chat window and starts doing real work around your practice, and why the winning question is "how do I do more of what only I can do?"

Ideal for the coach who already has a practice that works and is stuck growing it. Usually referral-dependent, doing all their own marketing, follow-up, and admin in the hours left after the coaching. They're the bottleneck in their own business development, and the business is eating the time they'd rather spend coaching.

Newer coaches are very welcome and won't be lost. They get the setup and a first move they can make the same day.
